With their multidisciplinary knowledge base and advanced laboratories as a foundation, SINTEF - in close cooperation with customers and partners - develop technology and interdisciplinary solutions within a wide range of market and specialist areas. The SINTEF Industrial Process Design group is located in new premises in Herøya Research Park. They are part of the Process Technology department, which is organized under the institute SINTEF Industry. The group works on many different topics within disciplines for improved process technology, such as process digitalisation, industrial circular economy and powder technology, sustainable carbon cycles (including CCUS) and early-phase cost estimation (techno-economics).
SINTEF Industri in Grenland also assists customers and partners in getting in touch with the right skills and expertise of the more than 2,000 highly qualified employees in greater SINTEF.
